Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us: Bijoutier Commericom MB, Laisves Gatve 14, LT-21379 Elektrėnai (Lithuania), info@perlen-schmuck.eu, by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you revoke this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your revocation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You shall bear the cost of returning the goods. You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for examining the quality, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
Contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
